FLOW RIDE 50

Our lively instructors will guide you through a 50-minute high-energy workout that uses RPM and RPE as your target metrics. Classes are also heavily influenced by music, keeping you motivated and inspired throughout the class. This spin class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and tone your muscles. Be on the look out for specific themed classes!

POWER RIDE 60

Power-based zone training curated by cyclists for everyone.

A 60-minute indoor cycling workout that includes a 12 to 15-minute warm-up, 3 sets of intervals, and a cool down. This is a steady ride with intervals that are longer in duration. Your class is led by one of our industry-leading coaches who guides you and accompanies the session with a playlist of tunes.

This is a fast-paced ride with intervals that are shorter in duration and feature quicker recovery times. GYM PROgrAMS

30/30

A 60-minute fitness experience that has participants both spinning on our bikes and working out on the gym floor. We keep the energy flowing by changing exercises or intervals every minute. We run through a total of 3 six minute blocks before switching sides.
