FREQUENTLY

ASKED

QUESTIONS

  • What do I need for my first class?

We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire that you can break a sweat in! Padded cycling shorts go a long way in ensuring a comfortable experience but we also have seat covers if you don’t have those. Any breathable top, a water bottle, and a change of clothes for after class.

  • Do I need to be a cyclist to participate in these classes?

Absolutely not! Our classes are designed for EVERYONE. As a team, the majority of us come from a cycling background which is why you’ll see a lot of influences around here. We take our knowledge from the sport and make productive workouts that we know will show you the results you’re after.

  • What cycling shoes do you use?

Our bikes are equipped with SPD pedals which you can clip into using your own shoes or a pair of rentals. SPD cleats are the small ones you might’ve seen used in mountain biking. Click here for a picture! If you would like to use a pair of rentals please note that they are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • What facilities and amenities do you provide?

It is highly recommended that you pack a change of clothes or come to the studio casually dressed. We have change rooms equipped with showers that allow you to refresh instantly. This is important because walking outside in sweaty clothes (especially in winter) can be quite unpleasant!

  • Is there a late cancellation policy?

All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy attached to them. If you need to remove yourself from a class we ask that you do it before this window kicks in. Any cancellations made inside this time will incur a late charge penalty and the loss of any drop-in credits.

Monthly Unlimited Membership holders gain access to a later late cancellation window of 8-hours.

  • I used a drop-in class before realizing there was a New Member Deal.

Have no fear! If you’ve visited us on 1 or 2 drop-in passes, simply email us and we will gladly honour this deal for you.

  • Can you explain the waitlist to me?

If you happen to find yourself on a waitlist for a specific class we recommend you sit tight. More often than not spots will open up and you will be automatically added based on your waitlist position. If you are high up in the queue then consider showing up for the class as you may be able to grab a bike from a late cancellation.

We release bikes 2-minute after a class begins. This means that everyone must be riding otherwise they risk losing their bike to someone on the waitlist.

  • Can I reserve my favourite bike every class?

Yes! Simply pick your spot at time of booking to snag that favourite bike of yours. Spots that go quick are usually in front the fans!!
