Our lively instructors will guide you through a 50-minute high-energy workout that uses RPM and RPE as your target metrics. Classes are also heavily influenced by music, keeping you motivated and inspired throughout the class. This spin class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and tone your muscles. Be on the look out for specific themed classes!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced spinner, Flow Ride is the perfect way to challenge yourself and have fun while doing it.

A 45-minute indoor cycling workout that includes an 8 to 12-minute warm-up, 3 sets of intervals, and a cool down. This is a fast-paced ride with intervals that are shorter in duration and feature quicker recovery times. Your class is led by one of our industry-leading coaches who guides you and accompanies the session with a playlist of tunes.

Power-based zone training curated by cyclists for everyone.
A 60-minute indoor cycling workout that includes a 12 to 15-minute warm-up, 3 sets of intervals, and a cool down. This is a steady ride with intervals that are longer in duration. Your class is led by one of our industry-leading coaches who guides you and accompanies the session with a playlist of tunes.

Join us for our Enduro Rides, our 75 minute indoor cycling classes geared to riders with some history on the bike. This longer session is intended to increase your efficiency, endurance, and stamina on the bike, with 3 sets of longer intervals that work through zones 1 – 5 of the Keiser training platform. These classes will provide you with a bit more challenge and are highly recommended if you are training for an event, trip, or personal best. As this is a longer class, please consider bringing a second water bottle, and/or some mid-ride fuel (ie. gel, banana).
